GTT seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst supporting regulatory and technology transformation within Personal Banking. The work requires Canadian banking knowledge, requirements expertise, and stakeholder-management strength. Preferred experience includes AML, FATCA, KYC, or Bank Act-related compliance, alongside Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Translate regulatory requirements for technology teams and stakeholders
- Analyze banking processes, systems, and controls for gaps
- Support requirements,



design, development, testing, and implementation
- Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

- Seven years of Business Analysis experience
- Canadian banking or financial-services experience preferred
- Regulatory or compliance initiative experience
- AML, FATCA, KYC, Bank Act, or related regulatory knowledge
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
