The Upper Grand District School Board seeks a Capital Renewal Project Lead for its Capital, Renewal, & Energy team. Reporting to the Capital and Renewal Projects Manager, you will manage projects from planning through close-out. The work includes energy initiatives, engineering studies, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage planning, budgeting, design, tendering, construction, and close-out
- Coordinate stakeholders and direct consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor milestones, risks, progress, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with building, fire, and safety legislation




- Prepare and manage contracts, budgets, and project variances

Requirements:

- Post-secondary credential in architecture, engineering, or building technology
- Seven to ten years of project or contract administration experience
- Knowledge of institutional design requirements, codes, and due diligence
- Understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical building systems
- Knowledge of contracts, tendering, communication, negotiation, and collaboration
