As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop, manage, and nurture partner relationships supported by GreenShield Administration’s claims adjudication capabilities. The position focuses on service level agreements, contractual commitments, revenue and margin targets, and integrated sales. You will also support client-focused solutions, implementations, renewals, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop long-term relationships with partners and anticipate business needs
- Deliver service level agreements through cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor contractual requirements and resolve emerging service challenges
- Manage revenue and margin targets for assigned business
- Support implementations, renewals, and account management plans

Requirements:

- Five years’ account management experience with payors, TPAs, or advisors
- Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
- Benefits administration and group insurance knowledge
- Proven success managing and growing a block of business
- Canadian travel ability and valid driver’s licence
