As Engineering Manager, Satellite Mission Engineering, you will guide assigned engineers while developing the broader engineering department. Your work spans workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, resource assignment, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with project, program, technical, and business leaders to staff programs effectively and strengthen engineering capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
