As Director, you will support Manitoba’s healthcare system through labour relations strategies, medical compensation analysis, and workforce planning. The position requires leadership in negotiations, collaboration with executives, service partners, specialists, and legal counsel. Shared Health coordinates province-wide health services and centralized functions across Manitoba. Key Responsibilities:
