Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients. You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, bidding, and testing, and steer narratives in client calls. As the strategic voice, you will craft 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps, analyze GA4 data, ensure accurate attribution, and drive retention and upsell across multiple locations.
