Our Client is looking for an experienced Software Developer – Oracle Siebel CRM with strong expertise in Siebel configuration, development, integration, and testing to support a large-scale public sector IT initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, customize, and test Oracle Siebel CRM applications based on business and technical requirements.

- Design, develop, and test Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other enterprise applications.

- Work with Siebel IP18 or later versions to configure, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain CRM solutions.

- Develop and customize Siebel Open UI components using Presentation Models (PM), Physical Renderers (PR), Manifest Files, and Mapping Files.

- Develop, test, and maintain reports using OBIEE and Power BI.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.

- Collaborate with functional teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation application support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, development, and integration.

- 3+ years of experience developing and testing Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, or similar technologies.

- Mandatory experience in Oracle Siebel CRM testing.

- Solid experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions.

- Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel Web Templates, and Siebel Open UI.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Working knowledge of Siebel Open UI concepts, including PM, PR, Manifest Files, and Mapping Files.

- Experience with OBIEE and Power BI report development and testing.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Siebel Test Automation.

- Knowledge of Siebel Public Sector CRM modules, including Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and eService.

- Experience with Transfer Payments systems.

- Prior Ontario Public Service (OPS) or public sector experience.

- Knowledge of AODA accessibility standards and Information Management principles.
