Lead complex construction projects in Ottawa using budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across residential and commercial properties. This permanent, full-time Project Manager oversees capital improvements, redevelopment, rehabilitation, and construction projects. You will work with the Construction Manager and Construction & Maintenance team. The position supports diverse property portfolio projects from concept through completion, commissioning, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction, capital renewal, rehabilitation, and redevelopment projects Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, estimates, and specifications Lead procurement, RFPs, contractor selection, and negotiations Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders Monitor financials, changes, quality, safety, and compliance

Requirements:

Five to seven-plus years construction project management experience Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, or related field Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, OHSA, and accessibility standards Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction software proficiency Robust English communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Apply construction leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination to meaningful property projects across Ottawa’s communities.
