Our client is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build our sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities for our software and technology products and services. In this role, you'll research markets, identify potential clients and partners, conduct outreach, and help turn new opportunities into meaningful business relationships. You'll work closely with our operations, sales, and technical teams while learning the tools and strategies that drive business development. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies. Keep CRM and tracking systems up to date with opportunities, deadlines, activities, and results. Work with technical teams to develop presentations, proposals, statements of work, and pitch decks. A curious, proactive, and self-motivated approach to business development. Comfort with cold outreach, cold calling, and starting conversations with new people. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and technical teams. An interest in software, technology, and how businesses solve problems. Gain hands-on experience across sales, business development, partnerships, proposals, and marketing. Work with a variety of clients and opportunities across the public and private sectors.
