As Senior Product Manager on the Acquire and Monetize team, you will own Commerce and related product lines. You will guide payments, checkout, subscriptions, pricing, tax, onboarding, and site building. Reporting to the Director, Product, you will collaborate across Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Define Commerce vision using market, customer, and business insights Drive payments, checkout, subscriptions, pricing, and tax priorities Use data and experiments to track revenue and conversion Translate customer conversations into transparent problems worth solving Coordinate launches, communication, and team readiness

Requirements:

Six or more years in product management At least two years managing commerce products Proven monetization strategy and measurable business impact Direct customer engagement and Jobs-to-be-Done foundation Daily AI use in product development workflows Bring commerce strategy, customer understanding, and rigorous execution to Thinkific’s AI-powered learning commerce platform.
