Tacofino began as a food truck in the back of a surf shop in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia. We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We have since grown into 10 restaurants and 3 food trucks across BC. We are successful because we believe in staying true to where we came from, serving high-quality creative food with the best possible ingredients, adapting to and giving back to the communities we operate in and have teams made up of fantastic individuals. To continue to build a profitable restaurant group that our team, guests and our communities are proud and excited to be a part of. and we’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for cooking and hospitality to join our food truck team full‑time. You’re a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and are confident engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. We’re looking for someone who naturally steps into a leadership mindset, someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and keeps things running smoothly when out on the truck. When you head out for service, you treat it like your own restaurant, ensuring great food, great vibes, and great service every time.
