We are hiring a Food Service Supervisor for The Sweet Stable, a ice cream bar/cafe space opening in downtown Cobourg. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee daily operations and help build a positive, high-energy customer experience. Oversee daily operations of the ice cream shop Manage staff scheduling and performance Ensure excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Monitor inventory and place orders as needed Open and close the store Previous management or supervisory experience (food service preferred) Customer-focused mindset Competitive pay (based on experience)
