Lead enterprise risk oversight at TMX in Toronto’s hybrid workplace, applying risk governance and analytical judgment across regulated capital markets. As an experienced ERM leader, you will advise senior leadership while independently challenging first-line operations. You will guide operational, financial, strategic, and regulatory risk management across current initiatives, products, and third-party partnerships. Your work will strengthen proactive risk awareness throughout TMX.

Key Responsibilities

Provide independent second-line oversight and constructive challenge Review risk appetite statements, frameworks, and ERM policies Facilitate risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing Monitor vendor risks, KRIs, incidents, and emerging threats Prepare executive dashboards and Board committee presentations

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive risk management experience Capital markets or regulated financial services experience Enterprise risk governance expertise across major risk domains Executive communication and cross-functional influencing skills Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Bring enterprise risk governance, executive communication, and analytical agility to TMX’s strategic oversight in Toronto’s capital markets environment.
