Requirements:

Several years’ construction experience in contracting, consulting, or ownership Previous procurement process and contract negotiation experience Previous on-site construction management experience Ability to provide technical and cost input Apply construction management, procurement, and design coordination expertise to develop IKEA properties through Ingka project standards.
