We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from new and existing customers Schedule and dispatch service appointments for our plumbing technicians Provide accurate quotes and job information to customers Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information,



and service history Handle complaints professionally and elevate when necessary Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a trades/home services environment is an asset Excellent phone manner and communication skills Proficient with basic computer tools (email, scheduling software, Google Workspace, etc.) Be part of a reputable, growing company with a loyal customer base Monday to Friday schedule
