Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out daily payroll activities for employees working in our stores and distribution centre. The incumbent will provide outstanding customer service by responding to employee questions and inquiries regarding payroll.



Perform daily payroll activities for store employees; Review timesheets and attendance records and verify/correct errors as needed; Enter data into the Dayforce payroll system; Provide support to store and distribution centre employees by responding to payroll-related questions and inquiries; Suggest and contribute to improvements in payroll processes and systems related to payroll data processing; Participate in various departmental special projects; Perform any other related duties that help maintain or improve the Payroll Department's services. You are comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data. Customer service: You enjoy providing quality service and finding solutions to employee inquiries. Proactivity: You enjoy contributing to process improvements and suggesting ways to optimize workflows. One to three years of payroll experience; Vocational diploma in accounting or a related field; Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written; Knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel skills are an asset); Knowledge of Dayforce is an asset.
