We are looking for an experienced Denim Sourcing & Production Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ladies’ denim jeans, specializing in overseas factory sourcing, price negotiation, technical fitting, and production follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable overseas factories specializing in ladies’ denim jeans.
- Negotiate competitive FOB & CMT prices, production costs, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and lead times directly with factories.
- Analyze costing breakdowns, including denim fabric, trims, washing, labor, and finishing, to achieve target prices without compromising quality.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with overseas manufacturers and denim washing facilities.
- Manage production schedules, T&A; calendars, critical paths, and shipment deadlines.
- Have some knowledge of denim washes, finishes, and laundry techniques.
- Manage ladies’ jeans fitting, measurements, and sample approvals.
- Monitor bulk production, quality standards, and consistency between approved samples and finished garments.
- Coordinate with design, technical, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and timely deliveries.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ladies’ denim production and overseas sourcing.
- Proven experience negotiating prices and costing directly with overseas factories.




- Strong understanding of denim manufacturing costs, fabric consumption, washes, trims, and garment construction.
- Excellent knowledge of ladies’ jeans fitting and technical specifications.
- Experience managing factories, production timelines, quality control, and shipments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Additional Requirement

- Experience in production traffic and coordination, including monitoring production status, tracking T&A; calendars and critical paths, following up with overseas factories, and ensuring on-time shipments.
- Ability to proactively identify production delays, resolve issues, and communicate updates to internal teams and overseas suppliers.
