Lead end-to-end quality assurance onsite in Toronto, applying test automation and enterprise testing across complex digital solutions. As a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, you will lead testing for enterprise platform features, integrations, releases, and onboarded services. The work includes functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, security, API, database, and user acceptance testing. You will coordinate business and technical teams while maintaining quality evidence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts Execute manual and automated testing across platform capabilities Coordinate environments, accounts, data, tools, and schedules Lead defect triage through resolution, retesting, and closure Assess release readiness and communicate residual quality risks

Requirements:

Extensive experience testing complex digital or enterprise platforms Experience automating UI, API, service, or database tests Experience testing cloud applications, microservices, and integrations Experience maintaining traceability, coverage, metrics, and reports Robust analytical, reporting, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Apply senior systems testing expertise, automation, defect management, and release assessment to enterprise platforms in Toronto.
