We are looking for an organized, people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support a welcoming and efficient hiring journey. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, keep processes moving smoothly , and provide responsive support to hiring managers and internal partners across our offices. This full-time position is based in our Orangeville office and offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will join a collaborative HR Team that values accuracy, follow-through, continuous improvement, and genuine care for people. Recruitment Coordination Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, references, and recruitment documentation. Support candidate sourcing and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment tracking, and related reporting. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, at least one year of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or related administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint Experience with one or more of the following is an asset: UKG, LinkedIn Recruiter, DocuSign, or other applicant tracking systems.
