RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Forecast Delivery to lead end-to-end forecasting within Workforce Management Optimization (WMO). You will partner with data and workforce teams to transform operational data into actionable insights that drive capacity planning and staffing decisions. In this role you will establish forecast accuracy standards, monitor performance against SLAs, coach a high-performing team, and communicate insights to senior leadership across Canada and beyond.
