Lead strategic IT projects onsite at AIM, applying project planning and risk management skills to deliver business-aligned results. This permanent, full time role works closely with stakeholders. As Project Manager, you will oversee project execution from scope definition through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and support high-quality outcomes. The position requires bilingual English and French communication.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders Plan timelines and milestones using project management tools Monitor progress, status reports, risks, and contingency plans Develop budgets, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations Coach teams and contractors toward accountability

Requirements:

Three to five years of project management experience Bilingual English and French communication, written and oral Experience deploying IT solutions Familiarity with OnePlan, Microsoft Project, Planner, or Excel Experience managing internal and external resources Bring IT delivery, stakeholder coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills to strategic projects at AIM’s onsite operation.
