Assist clients with questions about their home and auto insurance policies Help clients understand coverage, billing,



policy changes and the claims process Complete policy changes and follow up on outstanding client requests Build lasting relationships through proactive client outreach and policy reviews Support client retention by providing friendly, accurate and timely service At least three years of customer service experience Strong listening, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities The ability to manage several priorities in a busy office A positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching and learn new skills Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, hospitality, retail or a skilled office is an asset We will support the right candidate through the licensing process Performance bonuses with expected total compensation of $55,000–$60,000 Health and dental benefits after three months Paid training, coaching and ongoing professional development You will work in a beautiful, welcoming office with an experienced team that cares about its clients and one another.
