Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the local People and Culture team Partner with leaders on culture and employee feedback actions Manage investigations, discipline, performance, and terminations fairly Support offshore workforce planning, rotations, and crewing Maintain policies, compliance, reporting, and audit readiness

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred Skilled HR qualification preferred, including CIPD or CPHR Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Strategic business understanding and solutions-focused judgment Knowledge of Atlantic Accord legislation and offshore regulations Apply People and Culture leadership, employee relations, and compliance expertise supporting offshore operations from St. John's.
