Oakridge is seeking an experienced Groundskeeping Superintendent to oversee crews and year-round maintenance across multiple commercial properties. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll manage crew schedules, inspect sites and maintain service standards.

Service Area: Brantford, Kitchener, Waterloo and London

Location: Woodstock, Kitchener–Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, London and Brantford.

Compensation:

- $60,000–$70,000 annually.

Requirements:

- Commercial grounds maintenance and crew supervision experience.
- Experience coordinating crews, equipment and schedules across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment and protected work practices.
- Snow and ice management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities:

- Lead crews and coordinate daily schedules, equipment and assignments.
- Provide training, feedback and support to crew members.
- Inspect properties, address deficiencies and maintain service quality.
- Respond to client concerns and resolve crew issues professionally.
- Work with the Senior Manager on project priorities and operational decisions.
- Oversee seasonal grounds maintenance and snow and ice operations.
