Must-Have Skills –

- AWS: Lambda, Step Functions, serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Programming: Java and TypeScript.
- Framework: Spring Boot.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform.
- Integration: Enterprise system integration, data integration, and settlement workflows.
- DevOps & Agile Tools: GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

The Intermediate AWS Developer supports the delivery of cloud‑native and serverless solutions within enterprise client environments. This role contributes to consulting engagements by building, modernizing, and integrating applications under the guidance of senior technical leaders, while working closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders.

- Design, develop, and implement AWS‑based cloud and serverless application components.
- Support integration of client enterprise systems with settlement and downstream platforms.
- Contribute to platform engineering tasks for applications being integrated.
- Assist in modernizing existing applications using modern technologies, including serverless models.
- Implement data integration solutions in support of settlement workflows.
- Support deployment and automation activities, including Infrastructure‑as‑Code implementation.
- Provide effort estimates for assigned tasks and support delivery planning.
- Collaborate with client technical teams on implementation activities and design documentation.

Required:

- Intermediate‑level experience delivering AWS solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS serverless and event‑driven architectures, including:
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Step Functions

Development experience using:

- Java
- TypeScript
- Spring Boot
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong communication skills; team-oriented and open to pairing and working sessions with other developers.
- Ability to work on‑site five days per week, as required by the engagement.

Nice to haves:

- Experience integrating agentic coding assistants into development workflows.
- Experience supporting integration‑heavy or transactional enterprise systems.
- Experience working on multi‑team or client‑facing delivery initiatives.
