Media Trifecta is a Toronto-based television production company specializing in the development and production of original unscripted content for broadcast and streaming platforms. We develop compelling, character-driven concepts across a range of genres, bringing unique stories and fresh formats to life.

We're looking for a creative and highly organized individual to join our development team! If you're constantly watching reality TV, have a knack for spotting compelling characters and stories, and are fascinated by what makes outstanding television, we'd love to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has a post-secondary education in television, film, media production, or a related field.
- Has a genuine passion for unscripted TV and keeps up with current formats, trends, and emerging concepts.
- Has a strong instinct for compelling characters, unique worlds,



and engaging storylines.
- Possesses excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
- Works well collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Has knowledge of editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Avid Media Composer (an asset).

Experience is a plus! Previous experience with television production companies, development teams, or media organizations is an asset, but we're also open to recent graduates looking to break into the industry.
