and products you represent, and genuinely enjoy being a brand ambassador . You'll receive extensive product training and support to become the technical resource your customers rely on. Develop new business and grow existing accounts Build relationships with dealers, distributors and contractors Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and training Represent the company and its manufacturers as a brand ambassador Develop strong technical product knowledge Proven success in B2B sales, outside sales or business development Demonstrated ability to develop recent business and grow accounts Some knowledge of building materials, construction products or the construction industry Genuine enthusiasm for trade shows, customer events, networking and product launches Professional and comfortable representing the company and its brands in the market Technical aptitude and curiosity Comfortable with regular territory travel and attending customer and industry events Uncapped commission on top-line sales ~ Established territory and existing customers ~ Extensive technical product training ~ Significant earning potential as you grow the business DMC Recruitment uses a CRM system that includes AI-assisted screening and summary.
