Support client admissions, recovery, and discharge planning as a Prevention Support Worker with LWDH. Use counselling, crisis intervention, and harm reduction skills. Reporting to the Manager of Morningstar Centre, this permanent position supports clients throughout their recovery journey. You will assist across stages of change, provide care transition services, and contribute to facility functioning through group work and cross-program collaboration. The role serves vulnerable populations within mental health and addictions settings.

Requirements:
