Lead MV/HV commissioning across Canada on a 14/7 rotation, using relay testing and technical troubleshooting to energize critical infrastructure. Phasor Engineering seeks an experienced Field Commissioning Lead for utility, industrial, and energy projects. You will lead commissioning, interpret schematics, troubleshoot startup issues, and coordinate with clients and technical stakeholders. The work spans substations, protection and control systems, and utility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead MV/HV field testing and commissioning activities Read drawings, schematics, and technical documentation Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and startup Support outage and energization activities Coordinate clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

Four-plus years commissioning leadership in utility or MV/HV environments Hands-on relay testing and commissioning experience Experience with substations and protection and control systems Electrical engineering degree, diploma, or journeyman certification Ability to travel and work extended rotations Apply field leadership, relay testing, and troubleshooting expertise to MV/HV commissioning with Phasor Engineering across Canada.
