Build the operational backbone of a fast-growing Life Science SaaS player fresh off a recent round of funding, looking for an Operations Manager to help scale its internal operations as the business grows internationally. This is a hands-on business operations role, reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for building the systems, processes and documentation needed to support a growing, distributed team across multiple jurisdictions. Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, documentation, advantages and access management. Manage IT and equipment administration, including asset registers, device policies and software access. Oversee employment compliance across Canada, the US and international contractor markets, working closely with external legal advisers where required.



Maintain employment policies, internal procedures and process documentation to ensure the business remains compliant and audit-ready. Partner with leadership and finance to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. 4–7 years’ experience in business operations, people operations or a similar role within a growing technology business. Fluent in both French and English. Work directly with the CEO and have a meaningful impact on how the business scales.
