As an Analyst or Associate, you will help execute M&A; processes from deal sourcing through closure. Your work will include market research, comparable transaction analysis, financial modeling, and valuation. You will also prepare client materials, manage due diligence, and advise clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Research markets, business drivers, competitors, industries, risks, and opportunities Synthesize comparable companies and precedent transactions for transaction analysis Prepare financial models with scenario analysis Complete discounted cash flow and market multiples valuations Develop pitches, presentations, and marketing materials

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar Analyst: two to four years of related experience Associate: four or more years of relevant experience Knowledge of Canadian and international finance and accounting concepts Solid Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills Apply analytical thinking, transaction passion, and detailed financial modeling skills to M&A; engagements at EY.
