Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Manager to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales initiatives in the competitive catering and events market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing catering team while delivering cutting-edge event solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the catering &events; sector Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction Lead, mentor, and manage the event team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for both internal & outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements Coordinate with the Food Services Director, Kitchen Manager & Catering teamto ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions Manage sales and forecasts, utilizing Cater Trax event software totrack leads, conversions, and client interactions Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management, or related hospitality industry Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
