Lead Plusgrade’s AI product portfolio from Montreal, combining product strategy and applied AI expertise to create measurable partner value. As Director, Product Management, you will own the Solutions business unit’s multi-year AI strategy and roadmap. You will guide agentic commerce, discovery, offer optimization, and partner operations while connecting priorities to revenue, adoption, model quality, and cost. The role includes building and developing product talent.

Key Responsibilities

Define the multi-year AI product strategy and roadmap Set funded priorities and make executive trade-offs Own partner revenue, adoption, quality, and service-cost outcomes Hire, develop, and retain robust product talent Prototype, evaluate, test, and ship AI experiences

Requirements:

Ten or more years of product experience Several years leading product managers or applied AI teams Experience shipping ML, LLM, or agent-based products Understanding of drift, evaluation, hallucination, latency, and cost Strong commercial and executive communication skills Bring AI product leadership, commercial judgment, and team-building experience to Plusgrade’s Solutions portfolio in Montreal.
