Develop customer-centered material handling solutions with Dematic as a Solution Development Engineer in hybrid Mississauga, Canada. Build accurate proposals across lifecycle services and modernization projects. This full time role supports Lifecycle Solutions and Services contracts alongside Modernizations and Upgrades projects. You will assess customer needs, define requirements, prepare scopes and cost estimates, and coordinate proposal teams. The work connects Sales, Operations, engineering teams, and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop service contract and modernization solutions Review customer specifications, site information, and operational requirements Prepare scopes, staffing assumptions, designs, and cost estimates Coordinate proposal inputs, schedules, status reporting, and reviews Facilitate approved-scope handoffs to Operations after award

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field preferred Typically three to five years of related experience Knowledge of material handling equipment, controls, software, and service offerings Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PivotTables proficiency Apply solution development, estimating, proposal leadership, and material handling knowledge to Dematic customer projects in Mississauga.
