This contract Technical Program Manager supports large-scale enterprise modernization programs across core banking, payments infrastructure, transaction processing, and digital banking. The work spans Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors. Temenos experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead core banking and payments transformation planning and execution Maintain plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional delivery and third-party vendor activities Facilitate upgrades, integrations, migrations, and modernization initiatives Support deployment readiness, cutover, and post-launch stabilization

Requirements:

10+ years in technical program or transformation delivery management Large-scale technology delivery experience within banking or regulated environments Enterprise experience across core banking, payments, or digital banking Program governance, risk, dependency, and change management experience Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodology experience Apply technical program leadership, Temenos knowledge, and payments transformation experience to Toronto’s core banking modernization initiatives.
