Lead enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, and infrastructure for RioCan while strengthening reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Reporting to RioCan’s senior leadership team, the Vice President, Information Technology oversees complex technology ecosystems. This executive leads enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, vendor relationships, and technology risk management. The mandate includes modernization, operational continuity, and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute RioCan’s technology strategy and roadmap Own infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and workplace technology Lead cybersecurity, identity management, and incident response Oversee enterprise applications and property management technology Build high-performing technology teams and succession plans

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience Enterprise IT leadership in mid-sized or large organizations Robust cloud, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations understanding Technology transformation and modernization experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly preferred Bring executive technology leadership, modernization expertise, and cybersecurity strength to RioCan’s enterprise platform and business strategy.
