Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise approximately 25 unionized day-shift employees Plan daily operations and monitor completion Analyze productivity, quality, safety, and absenteeism indicators Resolve operational problems efficiently and promptly Support training, performance evaluation, and employee progress

Requirements:

College or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, or operations management At least five years supervising unionized manufacturing employees Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Bilingual communication ability Apply operational planning, coaching, communication, and leadership expertise while guiding Bombardier's unionized manufacturing team.
