Shape Gusto’s VC and PE ecosystem strategy through scalable partnerships, portfolio programs, and cross-functional go-to-market collaboration. As Gusto’s VC and PE Partnerships Manager, you will own investor ecosystem relationships and function-level results. You will define partner portfolios, create repeatable engagement motions, and align Partnerships, Marketing, Events, Sales, and Recruit. The work connects startup ecosystems with Gusto’s go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

Own Gusto’s VC and PE partnership strategy end to end Define partner portfolios and investment levels Build portfolio company and founder education programs Serve as Tier 1 contact for high-impact partners Track ARR, pipeline influence, and founder reach

Requirements:

Five-plus years in partnerships, ecosystems, ventures, or adjacent roles Three-plus years in venture capital and private equity ecosystems Experience designing programs, portfolios, or platform partnerships Ability to translate ambiguity into strategy and execution Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority Bring ecosystem judgment, partnership strategy, and scalable program leadership to Gusto’s VC and PE growth motion.
