Lead regional quality programs from Scarborough, Ontario, using ISO 9001 expertise and QA/QC leadership across Utility and MEP Construction projects. As Regional QA/QC Manager, you will report to the General Manager and support regional leadership. You will develop quality systems, guide project and fabrication teams, and maintain compliance with company, client, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Your work supports quality consistency across field locations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the regional quality management system Monitor ISO 9001 compliance and quality certifications Approve Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and turnover packages Conduct site assessments, audits, and field compliance reviews Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or quality assurance Ten-plus years of QA/QC experience implementing quality programs Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems CQA designation; PMP designation is an asset Knowledge of electrical safety standards and MS Office Apply regional QA/QC leadership, ISO 9001 knowledge, and construction quality expertise across Black & McDonald projects.
