every time Design and continuously improve the operational systems that power the business Use data to surface insights that sharpen strategy and fuel smart decision-making Oversee, implement, and align projects across production, product development, purchasing, and customer service A degree in project management, engineering, commerce, accounting, or a related field 3+ years of operations or management experience — ideally in a high-growth company Fluency in modern business tools: CRM, ERP, accounting platforms, project management software, Office 365 Solid grasp of lean manufacturing, automations, KPIs, and performance management principles A product that matters — you'll be helping bring medical devices to patients who need them
