Build NLP and GenAI solutions as a Machine Learning Engineer at Clio, available across Canada excluding Quebec. Local hub employees work onsite twice weekly. Clio’s AI team develops solutions helping legal professionals work more efficiently. You will create machine learning models, LLM-based solutions, and ML-driven features while collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and data science. The work spans structured and unstructured data, agentic workflows, and multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop advanced models using structured and unstructured data Create LLM-based solutions for Clio clients Identify ML-driven features with cross-functional teams Work alongside MLOps engineers and full-stack developers

Requirements:

Hands-on traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer experience Data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing proficiency Experience with agentic frameworks and workflows Open-source models and commercial LLM API experience Portfolio demonstrating machine learning projects and growth Apply your NLP, transformer, and LLM expertise to machine learning products serving Clio’s legal technology customers across Canada.
