Job Responsibilities

- Welcome clients warmly and provide a professional, positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with appointments and service information.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the spa’s booking system.
- Handle client check-ins, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Communicate with aestheticians, practitioners, and management to support daily operations.
- Assist with client follow-ups, appointment reminders, and inquiries about spa treatments and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support promotional activities, retail product inquiries, and general spa operations as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred.
- Experience in a medical spa, beauty clinic, wellness centre, or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and basic office software.
- Professional, approachable, and confident when interacting with clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a team.
