What you'll do

Talk with people interested in personal growth by phone or Zoom, understand what they're after, and help them decide whether which program fits. You'll manage your own pipeline and follow-ups, your own way.

How it works

At least 10 -15 hours per week. Independent contractor. No base salary. Remote and flexible. Training and mentorship included.

Responsibilities

- Apply your communication skills in an independent setting

- Share information about personal leadership programs and events

- Manage your personal CRM system, workflow and priorities

- Participate in training and development sessions

- Ability to grow and build for the long term

What this is not

Not a guaranteed pipeline handed to you every morning. Not for anyone who needs a set salary or a structured 9-to-5.
