Lead SAP business readiness and process transformation at IPEX across its manufacturing and distribution network. This senior role is enterprise-wide. The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads operational preparation for ERP deployment. You will standardize business processes, align stakeholders, govern deployment readiness, and support continuity through cutover and go-live. The role partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, Business Process Owners, site leaders, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the enterprise business readiness strategy for ERP deployment Establish the future-state business process model using SAP capabilities Lead readiness reviews with executive stakeholders and governance teams Define operational targets, monitoring methods, and reporting cadence Drive stakeholder engagement across operational and functional organizations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience Large-scale, multi-year ERP deployment experience, preferably SAP Experience standardizing processes across manufacturing locations Success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Apply SAP transformation leadership, stakeholder alignment, and readiness governance to IPEX’s enterprise deployment and operational transition.
