Lead construction execution and safety culture as a Superintendent with PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Sudbury, Ontario. Drive project delivery through scheduling and field supervision. This Superintendent role leads project teams, coordinates trades, and works with the project manager on PCL’s safety program. Responsibilities include construction planning, schedule management, contract review, stakeholder communication, and project administration. You will help ensure performance, productivity, quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Implement PCL’s safety program across site plans and procedures Supervise, coach, train, and mentor project team members Coordinate trades, own forces, engineers, estimators, and subcontractors Create project schedules, critical paths, and three-week lookaheads Manage project plans, budgets, quality, risks, and documentation

Requirements:

Journeyman certificate or related undergraduate or engineering degree Ten years of progressive field supervision experience preferred Successful experience supervising a construction workforce Construction knowledge covering materials, specifications, methods, and procedures Scheduling, contract, safety, cost-reporting, and stakeholder-management abilities Apply construction leadership, safety expertise, scheduling discipline, and stakeholder coordination to projects with PCL in Sudbury.
