Lead highway planning and design projects with GHD in Ontario, using project management expertise and transportation infrastructure experience within a hybrid mode. GHD seeks a Project Director for its Ontario transportation team, based in Markham or another GTA office. The role leads municipal road and bridge design projects while supporting business development, staff management, and operations management. You will guide work from proposal through close-out.

Deliver highway planning and design projects successfully Lead multidisciplinary road and bridge design teams Manage budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client satisfaction Mentor technical staff and support professional development Lead proposals and develop MTO capture plans

Requirements:

Postsecondary degree in Civil Engineering Ontario P.
Eng. designation required or eligibility 15+ years planning and designing transportation infrastructure projects Project management experience in transportation infrastructure Experience working with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario Bring transportation leadership, highway design expertise, and project management experience to GHD’s Ontario transportation practice.
