The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging projects with our mining team. As a Mining Engineer, you will participate in both sustaining and growth projects by collaborating with the BBA and client teams to delivery practical solutions to the complex nature of the mining industry. The successful candidate will be an underground mining professional with an interest in professional practice and is open to developing relationships with clients in the base metals / precious metals mining market. He or she is a agile, creative and innovative mining engineer who can provide high-quality consulting services to our growing base of clients. Provide mining engineering and design services for open pit and underground mine studies (scoping, prefeasibility, feasibility, detailed design, and NI 43-101 technical reports) such as: Mining method selection Open pit limit analysis, stope optimization and mine design Mine planning and production scheduling Equipment fleet calculations Mining capital and operating cost calculations Manage the mining component of large projects Liaise with clients regarding technical matters and be able to professionally present results Ensure quality service to clientele aiming to preserve BBA’s professional image Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
