Lead enterprise planning and financial decision support as Director, Corporate FP&A;, based in the Greater Toronto Area with Vaco/Highspring’s client. This leadership role oversees Corporate FP&A; and supports Finance Business Partnering teams. You will guide forecasting, annual planning, strategic modelling, performance reporting, and investment allocation. The position requires 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience and solid analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Own forecasting and annual business planning across the group Lead corporate target-setting and investment allocation processes Present forward-looking performance insights to senior management and the Board Oversee Adaptive Planning and long-term strategic forecast models Partner with Investor Relations on earnings and analyst materials

Requirements:

10-15+ years of progressive finance experience Strong organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills Ability to operate strategically and in detailed work Ability to work across organizational boundaries effectively Ability to foster collaborative, team-based environments Apply enterprise FP&A; leadership, strategic forecasting, and performance insight to support sound decisions across the organization.
