28.67/hour plus vacation pay; Site varied shifts including awake overnights, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Working with adults with developmental disabilities, concurrent disorders, and/or dual diagnoses in an assisted-living workplace, providing 24/7 support to develop daily living skills that support community integration/engagement in an awake-overnight setting. Collaborate with the team to implement care plans that support involvement in person-centered programs that ensure the daily needs of participants are met (medical, personal, physical, financial, hygienic, social, recreational, emotional, developmental), and provide the best quality of life while in compliance with legislated requirements and company policies and procedures Work successfully with diverse groups and demonstrate commitment to principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice Completion of a post-secondary diploma in Developmental Services Worker (DSW) or Personal Support Worker (PSW)
- or an equivalent Human Services program. Minimum two (2) years of related experience providing behaviour intervention support; knowledge of concurrent disorders and/or dual diagnoses,
