You will connect business trajectory, organizational health, talent strategy, and transformation through multi-year planning. The work requires organizational design, workforce planning, employment law knowledge, and robust executive influence.

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience Senior or Staff-level experience supporting Finance and Product organizations Expertise in organizational design, investigations, talent, and performance management Employment law knowledge across multiple jurisdictions Strong executive presence, data fluency, and change leadership Bring strategic People partnership, organizational architecture, executive coaching, and data insight to Clio’s growing global business.
